The Social Justice Ministry is a lay-led group of church members who are passionate about social justice. Grounded in our belief in Unitarian Universalist principles – in particular, the inherent worth and dignity of all persons – we believe in the importance of taking our faith into action.
Our role in the church is to mobilize members to learn, connect, do, show up and give. Over the years, we have worked to provide programming and take action around a variety of issues, including racial injustice, women’s empowerment and supporting our democracy. We offer the congregation a variety of opportunities to do this work as we strive to promote justice and equity for all.
