Adult EE Programs
About Adult EE
(Enrichment & Exploration)
The Adult EE Program Team generates and develops ideas for a wide variety of programs and activities, with the aim to help us learn, grow and connect with each other.
Our programs seek to:
- Foster spiritual and personal growth
- Deepen understanding of Unitarian Universalism and other faiths
- Explore and foster understanding of social and political issues from a UU perspective
We offer a variety of programs, including those offered at “Sunday Forums” following some of the Sunday services. Look for dates and details in the Weekly Notes and the Order of Worship. In addition to our programs, several ongoing, spiritually oriented programs for adults are also offered and listed separately on this website, including Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, and Zentangle.
Ideas and Volunteers Welcome!
The Adult EE Team welcomes proposals and suggestions for programs and activities. Possibilities include speakers, books for discussion, Ted Talks or other video presentations, UU topics - or other ideas you might have for program offerings.
To make a suggestion or submit a program idea, contact Anne Bailey with the Adult EE Team (click to email or call 860-798-4765). We will get in touch with you.
We are also looking for people interested in helping us generate ideas and initiate planning for future programs. We meet approximately 3-4 times each year. If you would like to volunteer, contact us.
For those planning and coordinating Adult EE Programs, materials are available to support you.
